Geographic information with Pentaho and Ctools.
World Data is a demonstration of a Data Visalization Dashboard designed with the aid of Pentaho Ctools and D3.JS.
It showcases a series of different features and possibilities, all gathered around the same, user friendly interface. Through the ease of a mouse scroll or a simple hover and click you can zoom, pan, spin the globe and display detailed information about each of the countries available in the database along with the time series of the selected indicator.
Country information was collected from Gapminder and borders were obtained from Natural Earth with the help of TopoJSON.
